ATOSCA

The A69 concession was awarded to ATOSCA - Autoestrada do Tarn Ouest, S.A.S., in July 2022, following a concession process launched by the French State.

The concession includes the design, construction, financing, operation and maintenance of the A69 motorway, connecting the cities of Toulouse and Castres. This route ensures a key axis for mobility and regional development, promoting territorial cohesion and strengthening the economic competitiveness of southern France.

ATOSCA is owned by a consortium of shareholders, including Ascendi SGPS, which holds a 15% stake.

The concession contract has a duration of 50+5 years, during which ATOSCA will be responsible for the operation and maintenance of the infrastructure, as well as the management of the toll collection system, fully in free-flow mode (MLFF - Multi-Lane Free Flow).
