Offer for Access to and Use of the Road Technical Channel
The Road Technical Channel (CTR) is an infrastructure built into the concession motorways, intended to house electronic communications cables and other equipment used for electronic communications services.
Under Decree-Law no. 123/2009 of 21 May, which approved the legal framework for the construction of, access to and installation of electronic communications networks and infrastructures, and in compliance with that law, we publish the rules on the procedures and conditions for access to and use of the CTR by electronic communications companies:
